New Group Fitness Policy
To ensure safety, class sizes will be limited to the following:
· Barre—24 spots
· Pilates- 30 spots
· Yoga- 30 spots
· Stability & Mobility—30 spots
· Core Crunch—30 spots
· Cycle—17-20 spots (depending on bikes)
· TRX—6 spots
· Boot Camp /Athletic Conditioning—20 people
· Zumba— 30 people
· Insanity/Piloxing— 30 people

Group Fitness offers a variety of classes that provide a safe and structured workout. Each class is led by a certified instructor.
Group Fitness classes are available to current students, Faculty and Staff and alumni (with Rec Center Memberships) at no additional charge. Registration is not required, but space is limited.
