What I love about Personal Training/Why I became a Trainer: I became a trainer because I believe that working out can change someone’s life. And I like seeing it every day. A person needs motivation, knowledge about working out and the removal of barriers in order to maximize the outcome of working out. This is why trainers can help you overcome.

What I love about Personal Training/Why I became a Trainer: People should use a personal trainer if they want to reach their fitness goals in a safe, effective, and in a realistic manner. It could be whether their goals are to lose body fat, gain muscle, increase flexibility, or improve their athleticism in any area.  I really have a passion for helping people. Today nearly 80% of adults have lower back pain, 70% of all knee injuries are non-contact, 34% of Americans are obese, one in four children are overweight, 23 Americans have some form of diabetes, and these numbers are supposed to steadily increase. I became a personal trainer because I wanted to improve the quality of people's lives.  I want to empower individuals to live healthy lives and hopefully they can in turn empower their families, friends, co-workers, acquaintances, etc. I wanted to become a trainer so these healthy lifestyle changes will create a ripple effect in the community so more people can live healthier, happier, longer, and fuller lives.

Claire Vinot
Claire's interest in yoga practice began in 1970 and became a passion studying with numerous notable practioners who reputably studied with renown Masters: Sri B.K.S. Iyengar who developed Restorative Yoga and K. Pattabhi Jois who developped the Ashtanga Sysyem of Patanjali.  She is thankful to all her teachers and is grateful to share the experience of some 20 years in Hatha Yoga and a life time yoga sadhana.
