The Department of Rec Sports provides Wellness Seminars for the TAMUCC community. There are a variety of presentations that our Fitness/Wellness staff can share with you. These presentations are portable, so we can come to you. Additionally, these sessions can be scheduled at the Dugan Wellness Center with our Fitness/Wellness Coordinator and personal training staff. All of the seminars will be held in the DWC Conference Room unless specified! It is free to all students, faculty, and staff.
Example seminar sessions include, but are not limited to Sleep, Diabetes, Importance of Stretching, Nutrition, and Cross Training.
