Kickbox your way to fitness with hip hop style. It's an all in one high-powered package containing pre-choregraphed kickboxing routines with a dance flavor.
Hip Hop Craze
Do you like to "dancercise"? Try our instructor chroreographed Hip Hop Craze for a calorie burning rhythmic workout to the best dance mix ever! No dance experience required!
Zumba
A fashion of Latin and International music with fast and slow rhythms combining aerobis/fitness interval trianing to tone and sculpt the body!

Pilates

This mind-body exercise class stretches and strengthens in a non-impact and balanced way.

 

Rep Reebok

Choreographed by Reebok, the global fitness company, this barbell class strengthens all major muscle groups to great music. It’s the fun way to do weights!

 

Yoga

Improve your flexibility and stregth with Claire as she challenges and relaxes you.

Cycle

One of the best cardio classes on the planet, this hour workout is one ride you will never forget. All cycling instructors have a specialist cycling certification.

Triple Threat

Try a fun combination of Kickboxing, Step, & Dance all in one class!

Boot Camp

Get fit, strong, and healthy. All kinds of fitness tools will be used to help you burn calories. This class is open to all levels from the beginner to the advanced exerciser.

PiYo

Combine Yoga poses with Pilates mat exercises to build core strength, enhance agility, and improve balance! Faster paced than basic yoga, PiYo provides mind and body exercises through a challenging routine!

Step & Tone

This workout is a great way to burn fat, shape and tone, and build muscles! Step aerobics leaves room for different levels of cardio intensity through basic step aerobics choreography!

Total Body

Increase strength and endurance while improving cardiovascular fitness in a total body workout! Taught by a variety of instructors using a clever assortment of props, weights, and intensity, this highly imaginative exercise format redesigns the body into one that is sleek and toned!

Fitness Walking

Want to start a fitness program but not sure where to start? No problem! Walking is well known as one of the easiest and most profitable forms of exercise! All you need is good shoes, comfortable clothes, and the desire to walk into fitness!

Cardio Sculpt

Aerobics meets Bootcamp through low impact muscle conditioning and high energy cardio segments for an all-over body sculpting workout! Cardio sculpt tones the body by creating basic muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance!

Aerobic Dance/ H2O Aerobics

The most original group fitness class goes back to the basics! Sweat, have fun, and get in shape while following fundamental dance moves and strengthening exercises! Aerobic dance routines leave room for all fitness levels!

H2O Aerobics will be held in the Outdoor pool!

Circuit Training

Train all major muscle groups using several pieces of resistance equipment! Circuit training provides a variety of exercises for an extra intense strength training workout!

Bosu Sculpt

Target the glutes, hips, and thighs as well as the upper body and core using the bosu ball! Bosu Sculpt incorporates intervals of cardio and strength to increase endurance, balance, and stability over a surface that is constantly changing!

On the Ball

Build and tone the entire core of the body with the balance ball! Designed for continuous movement, the balance ball workout strengthens and tones muscles while improving balance and coordination!

Insane/Early Morning Abs

Get insane abs with this intense abdominal workout! From basic abdominal exercises to powerful techniques, this workout will strengthen your upper, lower, and oblique abdominal muscles!

Sweat & Burn

This full body burnout class combines a variety of cardio, body sculpting, and abs to give a top to bottom complete workout!
