Student Wellness

The Student Wellness Program is a program designed to assist students in achieving their fitness and wellbeing goals. The program is limited to 10 students per semester. Students participating in the program will receive 2 fitness assessments and 3 personal training sessions at no cost to them. As well, they will be required to participate in group fitness classes, TRX classes, and workshops.
