Student Wellness

The Student Wellness Program is a program designed to assist students in achieving their fitness and wellbeing goals. The program is limited to 10 students per semester. Students participating in the program will receive 2 fitness assessments and 3 personal training sessions at no cost to them. 

Requirements: 

  • Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes 3 times per week. 
  • Attend Wellness Seminars from 11 am - 12 pm on February 12th, March 4th, March 25th and April 15th
  • Complete Pre and Post Assessments along with 3 personal training sessions.
